Our Timberline trailers are lighter than many others in its class, however, you'll still need the right tow vehicle. We recommend that your vehicle can tow 4,200-5,000 lbs depending on how full you pack it with food, water, clothes, and gear. Many medium SUVs and trucks fit the bill, including (but not limited to) those below. Make sure that you have at least a Class III hitch with 2" ball that is ideally about 20" off the ground at its top as well as a 4 or 5-pin wire connector.
